All Green Smoothie Bowl

Avocado provides a silky texture to this smoothie bowl, which you can top with fresh berries, nuts, or seeds.

2 cups (480 ml) almond milk , or coconut water
2 (270 g) medium avocado, pitted, peeled
4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
4 Tablespoons (30 g) hemp seeds
4 cups (600 g) frozen mango chunks
½ cup (80 g) blueberries, to garnish
4 Tablespoons (40 g) unsweetened shredded coconut, to garnish


1. Place almond milk, avocado, spinach, hemp seed, and frozen mango into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
3. Blend for 1 minute using the tamper if necessary to push ingredients toward the blades.
4. Portion into bowls and top with blueberries and coconut flakes.

Chef's Notes

Using your Vitamix made almond milk in any recipe will give a flavour and nutrition boost.
