3 cups (720 ml) water
4 Tablespoon (520 g) medium orange, peeled
4 Tablespoon (400 g) small frozen bananas, peeled
1½ cups (320 g) frozen blueberries
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
3. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades.
Chef's Notes
The Vitamix makes quick work of the whole foods. If using a fresh banana, add up to 1 cup (130g) ice cubes.
