2 cups (300 g) broccoli florets, steamed, cooled
1 cup (180 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, diced, cooled
1 cup (180 g) cooked brown rice, cooled
1½ cup (360 ml) breast milk, or your choice of alternative milk product
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender at its lowest speed, then quickly increase it to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper as necessary to press ingredients toward the blades. Stop the machine.
3. Remove the lid. Scrape down the sides of the container with a spatula. Secure the lid and blend at the highest speed for another 15 seconds.
