INGREDIENTS

1 medium, ripe avocado
12 mint leaves
400ml unsweetened almond milk
6 Medjool dates
3 tablespoons of raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
a small pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Pop all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour in a bowl and top with your chosen topping ingredients.
