INGREDIENTS

¾ cup (180 ml) milk, lukewarm
2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream, lukewarm
¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 cup (240 ml) milk chocolate chips
½ teaspoon Winter Spice Seasoning
1¼ teaspoon powdered gelatin
⅔ cup (190 ml) Fig Jam
1 tablespoon pistachios toasted and chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1 or the Hot Soup program (if available). Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed, and blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds; or start the machine and allow the Hot Soup program to complete. Stop the machine.
  3. Portion equally into 8-ounce ramekins and place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours until set. Top with fig jam and garnish with chopped toasted pistachios.
