1 cup (240 ml) almond milk , or milk alternative
3/4 cups (180 ml) chocolate sauce , or cocoa powder
3 cups (390 g) vanilla frozen yogurt, or soy ice cream
3 cups (390 g) ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender at its lowest speed, then quickly increase it to its highest speed.
3. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until the consistency is smooth, using the tamper to push ingredients into the blades.
Chef's Notes
For recipe variation, add 2 Tablespoons (37g) of malted milk powder for a Chocolate Malt. This recipe can easily be doubled in the 64 oz. containers. Replace the ice with more frozen yoghurt for a less crystalized texture.
