Mango Baby Food

Simple, wholesome and delicious. Whether you use it for baby food or not, this puree is packed with the flavour of the only ingredient – mango!

INGREDIENTS

150 g (1 cup) mango, peeled, pitted, and diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place mango into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1 or the 8-ounce Purée program (if available).
  3. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed, and blend for 1 minute; or start the machine and allow the 8-ounce Purée program to complete.
