Mixed Nut Butter

Combine your favourite nuts to create a healthy, delicious nut butter that’s as versatile as regular peanut butter.

300 g (2 cups) roasted peanuts
100 g (¾ cup) roasted pecans
35 g (¼ cup) roasted almonds


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades, or until desired consistency is reached.
