Peanut Cashew Butter

A mixed nut butter of peanuts and cashews that adds a unique flavour to sandwiches, sauces, and fondues.

220 g (1½ cup) roasted peanuts
205 g (1½ cup) roasted cashews


  1. Pour nuts into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
  4. In 1 minute, you will hear a high-pitched chugging sound. Continue using the tamper until the peanut butter begins to flow freely through the blades. For a creamy butter blend for a total of 2 minutes.
