480ml / 2 cups pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon / 10g chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
240ml / 1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 limes, peeled
200g / 1¼ cup raisins
90g / ¾ cup dates, pitted
½ teaspoon kosher salt, optional
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Blend for 1 minute.
