Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Blend the flavours of fall right into your morning smoothie with this delicious spin on pumpkin pie.

4 cups (960 ml) soy milk, or milk alternative
2 cup (480 g) Pumpkin Purée
1 cup (160 g) dates, pitted
1⅓ Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
4 cups (520 g) ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Notes

This recipe can easily be doubled in the 64-ounce container when you want to share this sweet drink with a group.
