INGREDIENTS

2 medium (175g) oranges, peeled and halved
2 medium (240g) honeycrisp apples (or similar apple), quartered
1 slice lime, 1/4" thick
1 piece (6g) fresh ginger root, with skin, washed well
450g / 3 cups frozen strawberries

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
3. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades, or select the Smoothie Program and allow the machine to complete the programmed cycle.
