Please contact your local dealer for servicing of your Vitamix machine.

(*) Thank you for being a Vitamix customer. The Vitamix machines are designed to be serviced in the country in which they were purchased. If you have moved to another country, please contact the Vitamix Customer Care Center at service@vitamix.com and they will strive to find an approved service center nearby. If one cannot be located and the machine must be sent to the country in which it was purchased, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of two-way shipping, as outlined in your owner’s manual.
