Repair Service and Aftersales
Repair of your Vitamix blender must be performed by a Vitamix authorised repair centre.
To get help using your Vitamix, to fix a problem or to arrange a repair, please call our service partner NOVO at 0333 222 9927 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The call centre is available from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
If a repair is needed, our repair centre, will give two options on how to return your blender. Once a collection is made, it should take no more than 5 working days to complete the repair and return your blender.
For any questions or an update on your blender repair, please email the repair centre at email@example.com or call Novo on 0333 222 9927. If you received a case number, please have it ready for the call with the repair centre.
If your blender or container is still under warranty, we will repair or replace, at no cost to you, including two-way shipping. If your warranty has expired or the warranty is void due to negligence on your part, then please contact the repair centre (Novo) directly on 0333 222 9927 to arrange for your blender to be returned for inspection, at your cost. After inspection, you will be notified of the feasibility and cost of the repair. You will need to confirm and pay for the repair before Novo will proceed.

Please contact your local dealer for servicing of your Vitamix machine.
(*) Thank you for being a Vitamix customer. The Vitamix machines are designed to be serviced in the country in which they were purchased. If you have moved to another country, please contact the Vitamix Customer Care Center at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will strive to find an approved service center nearby. If one cannot be located and the machine must be sent to the country in which it was purchased, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of two-way shipping, as outlined in your owner’s manual.
